How long does mail-in take?

Once you drop off your device, transit time depends on your carrier — typically 1-3 business days. Payment goes out the same day we receive and inspect it.

Can the final offer change?

If the device matches what you told us, the price stays the same. If there's a real difference in condition, we'll reach out before finalizing anything.

What happens to the data on my device?

Every device we take in is erased before it's resold or recycled, and one that can't be erased has its storage physically destroyed. Reset it yourself first anyway — the data security page walks through how.

What if I'm not near a meetup area yet?

Mail-in is available everywhere in the meantime, and we're adding new meetup areas every week.
